PEC- home, studio and garage- work in progress

This new build project has a front row seat on the shores of Lake Ontario. The clients wanted their interests in both “Country and Modern” to be articulated. The spectacular site provided ample inspiration for the collection of buildings— which have been designed to provide a warm and welcoming backdrop for entertaining and family gathering. There is a main house, a studio- guest house and a garage— which have been placed on the site to give breathing space and privacy while helping to frame the stunning views.
